Planning a special event, wedding or reunion? Let us know the details and we'll get back to you with rates. All weekly Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Off season, September through May is a two night minimum and customized for guests needs. As this is a loving, family oriented home, ownership prioritizes returning guests. As such, guests that have booked are given the opportunity to hold their same week for the following summer, secured by their security deposit, until the Thanksgiving holiday. Some guests have been coming for 30 plus years, as we hope all our guests will be going forward. We appreciate your understanding All bookings are subject to review by One Jefferson management.
